Protein Cookie Dough

Protein Cookie Dough

Cookie Dough That Is Packed With Protein. What Is Better?!

Those times when you’re craving cookie dough and end up sitting and eating the whole container of raw cookie dough, I feel you. Who doesn’t love eating raw cookie dough straight from the container?

This recipe will blow your mind with how good it is. Not only is it delicious, but all you have to do is combine all the ingredients in one bowl and your cookie dough is ready.

The best part, it has added protein. So, while you’re sitting each the cookie dough by the spoon you’ll also be getting in some protein. The cookie dough is fully safe to eat raw, so you also don’t need to worry about getting salmonella. You would never guess this recipe is vegan let alone has added protein!

I love making a batch of this and keeping it in my refrigerator for the week for those times when I’m craving it. It makes the perfect snack, treat, literally whatever.

You can make this and just leave it in a bowl as is or you can roll into bites for an easier on the go snack. You can also make it into bars by adding it to a baking pan. The options are endless with this recipe. If you’re a cookie dough lover, you have to try.

For this recipe I recommend using vanilla flavored protein powder. Any flavor will work, just keep in mind stronger flavors like peanut butter or chocolate will make your cookie dough taste like that.

This recipe is super versatile. If you want to add chocolate but also marshmallows or sprinkles or multiple kinds of chocolate, anything will taste good. The recipe is super customizable and able to be changed to your liking.
