3 Ingredient Vegan Oreo Truffles

Vegan Oreo Truffles Bursting With Flavor

These are by far my new favorite recipe, definitely a crowd pleaser. No one would ever guess how simple these are and how little effort they require.

I originally made these into hearts for Valentine’s Day and am SO glad I did. They are perfect for any holiday as you can use a cookie cutter and cut them into something Halloween themed, Christmas themed, etc. This recipe uses pretty basic ingredients that many people might just have laying around.

Everything is just added to a blender, so it makes for a super easy clean up. I love not having to turn the oven on especially if you are making these when it’s hot outside, there’s nothing worse than having the oven on.

This is a super fun recipe to get creative with. You can use any cookie cutter shape you want to create whatever you want. You can also go the traditional way and just roll into bites.

For the Oreos I used a double chocolate kind I found at Target. Any Oreo flavor will work. The same goes for the frosting. I used a store-bought chocolate frosting for this. I would recommend using chocolate frosting, however, as I mentioned whatever you prefer will work.

For the chocolate, I dipped mine into dark chocolate, however, you can dip yours into whatever chocolate you want. As you can see this recipe is super customizable to whatever you prefer. I also love adding a drizzle of white chocolate to mine as well as sprinkles.

TIP: when melting the chocolate add a tablespoon of coconut oil. It will make dipping the truffles a lot easier and make the chocolate runnier.

Make sure to store these in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer. I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do.
