Cookies and Cream Loaf

Simple, Delicious, Easy

There is no doubt one of my favorite ice cream flavors is cookies and cream. Anything with Oreo will always be so delicious to me. This loaf is by far one of my favorite recipes.

The combination of Oreos and white chocolate is perfect. My favorite vegan white chocolate chips are from Amazon. You could also add normal chocolate chips to this as well.

I love how everything is just thrown into one bowl. It makes the clean up so much easier. You don’t have to worry about separate bowls to mix the dry and wet ingredients.

Vegan butter: any vegan butter will work.

Sugar: I used normal white sugar in this recipe. You can use any granulated sugar you want. Keep in mind if you use a sugar like coconut sugar it will change the color of the loaf to a more brownish color.

Nondairy milk: I used almond milk; however, any nondairy milk will work the same.

Oreos: any Oreo type cookie will work.

Vegan white chocolate chips can be super difficult to find sometimes. I always get mine on Amazon. I would definitely look there as I saw a bunch of other options too.

This recipe would taste extra delicious if you added vanilla frosting on top. You could also cut the whole loaf in half and make it into a two-layer cake.

When crushing the Oreos, the easiest way to do it is adding them to a bag and smashing with a cup. You could also just crush the Oreos with your hands. It doesn’t need to be finely crushed, just into smaller pieces.

I recommended 5-7 Oreos. This doesn’t sound like a lot. However, when you crush them its more than you think. You can always do more or less depending on your preference.
