No Bake Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars Packed With Protein

You know those times when you’re walking down the grocery store aisle and see a delicious looking protein bar. Then notice, it's $4+ and has the longest list of ingredients you’ve ever seen.

That is why I created these protein bars you can make at home for way cheaper and a lot healthier. Protein bars are super convenient when you are on the go.

These are no bake and take a maximum of 15 minutes from start to finish. These are super customizable. I added chocolate chips, you can add literally whatever you want. Marshmallows, dried fruits, nuts, anything. That is why I love this recipe so much.

They last for a good amount of time in the refrigerator as well. The texture on these is the best part. It is super fudgy and not chalky like most protein bars. They don’t have an overwhelming protein powder taste, as I’m someone who hates that. Not only can you add whatever you want into the actual bars, but you can also use whatever flavor protein powder you want.

These can be cut into traditional bars, squares, bite sizes, rolled into balls, etc. You could also drizzle with chocolate or dip into chocolate. As you can see this recipe is insanely versatile and up to the person for their personal choice of what they love.

My favorite nut butter to use in these is cashew butter. It creates the perfect texture and tastes the best in my opinion. If you haven’t tried cashew butter before you definitely should whether it’s in this recipe or just in general.
