White Chocolate Sprinkle Blondies (Christmas Edition)
Festive Holiday Treat
You can’t disagree that anything with sprinkles just tastes better. This white chocolate sprinkle blondies make the perfect festive holiday treat. If you don’t love chocolate and are more of a white chocolate person this recipe is for you!
Even if you love chocolate, I guarantee you will love these.
This recipe is a huge hit in my family. I always get requests to make it. Every time I do it is gone within two days maximum. Trust me you have to try it!
The texture is super fluffy and reminds me of vanilla cake! If you’re ever craving something sweet this is the recipe to try.
If funfetti and sprinkles aren’t your thing, you can add literally whatever you want to this recipe. The base literally is just like a plain vanilla cake. You could do chocolate chips, Oreos, cookie dough, literally anything you can think of.
I love how everything is just thrown into one bowl. It makes the clean up so much easier. You don’t have to worry about separate bowls to mix the dry and wet ingredients.
Vegan white chocolate chips can be super difficult to find sometimes. I found mine on Amazon. I would definitely look there as I saw a bunch of other options too.
You can take this recipe to the next level by adding vanilla frosting on top.
Vegan butter: any vegan butter will work.
Sugar: I used normal white sugar in this recipe. You can use any granulated sugar you want. Keep in mind if you use a sugar like coconut sugar it will change the color of the loaf to a more brownish color.
Nondairy milk: I used almond milk; however, any nondairy milk will work the same.
Sprinkles: any rainbow sprinkles will work.
