Chocolate + Vanilla Sprinkle Fudge

Three Ingredient Holiday Dessert

If you’re looking for an easy, simple, and delicious holiday recipe, this fudge is for you. It requires no baking, so you don’t have to worry about turning the oven on. Also, if you aren’t experienced in baking, this is the perfect recipe to try. I have made this countless times this month and it is always a hit.

You can customize this fudge to whatever your preferences are. You can add peppermint extract, crushed candy canes, crushed cookies, etc. You can also switch up the chocolate and add in chunks of chocolate chips or M&Ms. Truly you can do whatever you want with this recipe, and it always turns out amazing.

This is the perfect treat to bring to a party as its very easy for people to pick up their own piece and can be cut into small pieces.

You can also add the mixture to whatever type of pan you want it doesn’t have to be a square baking pan. You could add the mixture to cupcake liners, festive molds, etc.

Coconut cream: this is the thick part from a can of coconut milk. It can be bought at basically any grocery store. If you aren’t vegan, you can also use condensed milk.

Chocolate chips: any chocolate chips will work. You could also do all white chocolate.

White chocolate chips: it can be hard to find vegan white chocolate. I always buy mine on Amazon. If you aren’t vegan normal white chocolate works as well. If you don’t like white chocolate, you could just do the normal chocolate layer.

Sprinkles: you can top with whatever you want. Crushed candy canes work well or crushed Oreos.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut cream

  • Chocolate chips

  • White chocolate chips

  • Sprinkles

Recipe:

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • ¼ cup coconut cream

  • 2-4 tablespoons sprinkles

Directions:

1.    Line a baking pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

2.    In a pot or microwave safe bowl add the chocolate chips and TWO tablespoons of coconut cream. Slowly melt and be sure to continuously stir. Once completely melted, add to the baking pan and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

3.    Repeat the steps above with the white chocolate. Add the white chocolate mixture on top. Add the sprinkles as well. Place back in the freezer to completely harden.

Be sure to store the fudge in the refrigerator freezer. The fudge should last up to a few months in the freezer and about a week in the refrigerator. If you are storing in the freezer, be sure to let thaw out for about 5-10 minutes before eating.
