3-Layer Yogurt Cups

Delicious Summer Treat

This is such a basic but also super delicious recipe. Especially in summer. There is nothing better than a cold refreshing treat.

If you are looking for something a little healthier than the traditional ice cream bar, definitely try these. They are made with simple and healthier ingredients. You can also add protein powder to the yogurt to make these more filling.

These take literally only 10 minutes to make and can be prepped ahead of time for the whole week. I love making these on Sundays and having them stored in my freezer for the week.

I love that these are no-bake, and everything is made in one bowl. You don’t have to worry about turning on your oven in the hot summer heat or creating a mess with a ton of dishes.

Yogurt: any nondairy yogurt will work. If you aren’t vegan, you can use normal dairy yogurt. I used a vanilla unsweetened coconut yogurt.

Chocolate: any chocolate will work. I used chocolate chips and melted them. You can use any chocolate you prefer. White chocolate would also taste really good!

Almond butter: any nut or seed butter will work (cashew, peanut, sunflower, etc.)

There are so many delicious combinations you can create. Some of my favorites are:

Peanut butter cup: chocolate yogurt, peanut butter, chocolate drizzle

Funfetti: vanilla yogurt, sprinkles, white chocolate

Berry: berry yogurt, almond butter, blueberries

Tropical: coconut yogurt, coconut shreds, almond butter
