Three Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Truffles

Nothing Beats A Three Ingredient Recipe With Chocolate & No Bake!

There is nothing easier than these THREE ingredient chocolate truffles. Perfect for a girls night, quick treat after dinner, or even snack. They taste super decadent but really are so simple and use healthier ingredients.

They are also no bake which I love because some days turning on the oven just isn’t what I want to do. Surprise any of your loved ones and they will never know these are vegan and took all of 10 minutes to make.

For the chocolate chips I love using the brand Enjoy Life. Any chocolate chips at all will work. You could even chop up your favorite chocolate bar and use that as well.

My preferred nut butter in basically all my recipes is almond butter. The almond butter in this recipe gives the truffles the dreamiest texture. It is so fudgy you would never guess they are vegan and only have 3 ingredients. Almond butter is what I used in this recipe, however, peanut butter, cashew butter, any nut or seed butter will work.

If you choose peanut butter, just be aware it will overtake the chocolate flavor and mainly will taste like peanut butter. This is why I prefer almond butter because it doesn’t have as strong of a taste as peanut butter.

The same goes for the almond milk in this recipe. Any nut milk will work. I just prefer almond milk.

For coating the truffles, I use cacao powder. Cocoa powder will also work. You can also skip this step if you don’t prefer adding it.
