No-Bake Brownie Batter Bites

No-Bake Brownie Batter Bites

Brownie Bites Made with Healthier Ingredients

Brownies will always be one of my favorite desserts ever. However, sometimes they are annoying to make and take a while. This recipe is a game changer for brownie lovers.

Not only is this recipe no-bake meaning on those hot summer days you don’t even have to turn the oven on, but also everything is just added to the blender. The part that takes the longest is just waiting for the chocolate to harden.

These are perfect for an on-the-go snack. They are also super energizing from the dates and nuts. I love packing a few of these as a mid-day snack.

If you use no sugar added chocolate, this recipe is completely refined sugar free and only sweetened with dates. This recipe also has tons of nutritional benefits from all the different nuts.

I guarantee if you gave this to someone and didn’t tell them what was in it, they would never know. It’s a super easy way to sneak in foods that your kids or someone in your life won’t eat otherwise!

If you know you want to make this recipe, get your nuts and dates, and soak them immediately. This will make the process go so much faster. Also, the longer you soak them the easier it will be to blend. The dates and nuts can stay in the water for hours.

Not only is this recipe super easy, but also super versatile. Any of the nuts can be swapped out for other nuts. Also, if you want to do ¼ cup walnuts and switch the cashews to 1/3 cup, you can do that!

This recipe is basically all about your preference, which I love! You can also add-in anything you want. Cranberries would be super good, coconut, chocolate chips, etc.

TIP: when melting your chocolate add around 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil. This helps the chocolate to get extra smooth and makes it easier to work with.

 Ingredients:

  • Cashews

  • Walnuts

  • Almonds

  • Dates

  • Cacao powder

  • Chocolate

Makes about eight bites (depending on the size you do)

5.    Blend on high until a paste forms.

6.    Add in the cacao powder.

7.    Blend again until well combined.

8.    Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls.

9.    Repeat until there is none left.

10. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

11.Melt your chocolate.

12.Dip each bite in the chocolate.

Once chocolate is hardened, enjoy! Store these in an airtight container in the freezer or refrigerator.
